My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi from Texas! My name is Gwennie and I am looking for a home where it is cooler than Texas! I have lived here my whole life, about 2 years, and I am ready to go somewhere that I can hike all day and run and have fun. I am a survivor of some pretty bad stuff and had a surgery about 9 months ago, but I healed very well and now I am looking for a place that is safe and where I will be loved forever. I LOVE having my belly rubbed and will flip over at the first sign that you might be in the mood. I am pretty smart and I have learned to sit, lie down and shake hands. I am really pretty good on a leash and great with a harness. I love other dogs and went to my first dog park recently and had a blast. SOOO many new friends to make. I am okay with cats, especially "dog savvy" ones that give me a nose swipe when I get too close. I am crate and house trained. I look so slim because I must have some Whippet or other skinny dog in me, becasue I can eat and eat and still keep my figure (don't hate me!). I would love to have a home with an active couple. I am ready to pack my bags and head north, just say the word!! Love Gwennie
