My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adele was found in someone's yard and it is obvious she hasn't missed many meals in her life! She obviously belonged to someone who fed her well, and she is very gentle and walks nicely on the leash. Inexplicably, no one has claimed her, so she is now waiting at the shelter for a forever home.

She is, as all of our dogs are, a mixed breed, who seems to have some hound in her, as she knows how to howl, something not every dog can do!

This sweet girl deserves to be back in a loving home where she belongs. If you would like to meet her, come to the shelter during adoption hours, between noon and 5 p.m. daily (or till 6:30 on Wednesdays), or call 973-748-0194 to arrange a meet-and-greet.
