Calvin is a one - two year old male Pomeranian mix. He weighs approximately 10 pounds. He is neutered and up to date on all immunizations. He was rescued from a small rural shelter in Arkansas.
Someone trimmed his hair with scissors before we got him, but it is growing out quickly.
Calvin lives in a home with numerous other pups and gets along well with all of them. Fine with cats too. He is very sweet and loves to sit in someones lap. He is very good in the car and loves to go. He is not a barker. :)) A quiet, sweet, loving dog.

Calvin's adoption donation is $550 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and cost of transport. (Our adoption fee is $350. The additional $200 is paid to transport and the vet's office for a certificate of health necessary to travel.)
Calvin is heart worm negative.
Calvin is currently fostered in the Memphis, TN area. The dogs travel to their new homes once they have been adopted. Transport to Chicago is twice a month.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
