Meet Chakka! He is a young, friendly, social and happy man about town! Chakka is a big boy, a skinny big boy that needs some filling out; a few good meals and a little TLC and he will be one handsome hunk! Chakka is good with other dogs, pretty non reactive to the shelter cats, but we don't know really how he would be with kitties in his home, so a bit of caution there. We do recommend because of his size that he go to a home with older children. Chakka is smart and eager to please. He will make a wonderful family companion..........and he is looking forward to it! UPDATE FROM HIS FOSTER 12/28/2012:

He is housebroken, very very happy. Would be a spectacular family dog loves,loves kids. Knows sit lay down, speak, paw, down. Plays endless fetch and is crate trained. He shows little interest in other dogs other than learning by watching them. Needs to have the love of his own person or family ......he is a "Velcro " dog, wants to always be with his people!!
