Hi There! My name is Athena - and yes, yes, I fit the name - can't you tell? :)

I am a sweet young thing - less than a year - and, if I must say, I am not only beautiful, but I am a great judge of character (man and beast), and I am also very intelligent - quick to learn and anxious to please. I found myself in a shelter. I hate to talk about it, it was noisy and kinda scary, but the people there were very nice and talked to me and worked with me and I played with other dogs until I was brought into rescue. Here I am in my foster home; and wow, I thought I knew all about life - but there is so much more to learn! I am still getting my confidence up and my foster mom is working on teaching me all the things I should know to be to make my forever family feel proud.
