My story

Kiddo

Kiddo wants nothing more than to be your best bud. He is a 2-3 year old handsome Lab/Staffie mix PAWS pulled from a local NJ shelter where his future was bleak. Lucky for him, he had an advocate who recognized that he is a 'stellar' dog, and she contacted us. He's about 45-50 lbs. Kiddo is good in the car -- he just curls up in the seat next to you, or wherever you put him, and snoozes. Kiddo spent time in one of our foster homes, where he made great strides and loved the home life. He had regular exercise, good long walks, and lots of toys to play with. His foster mom reported that with good leadership and training, Kiddo can be the most awesome dog, but he needs a committed person. We recommend a home without small children as he has a high energy level, however he does like kids and loves to play. His best buddy is the caretaker's son, a nine year old boy who just loves to have Kiddo chase him around the yard.
