Starr's owner was forced out of her home due to foreclosure, and the new apartment doesn't allow pets... What a little gem she is -- about 5 year old, sweet as can be, you know she is longing to bond with someone again. She's quiet, petite, and her former owner says she is good with other dogs, cats and children. We will have her spayed asap, and she will be ready to go to a new, forever home.
