Phoebe is a sweet and fun loving Pittie girl weighing 40 lbs and around 3 years of age. She just wants someone to love her and cuddle her!
Phoebe was rescued from a high kill shelter, where she was going to be euthanized. She wasn't putting weight on her back leg, but our surgeon popped her hip back into place, and she's running around like new!
