Meet Rosie the red Border Collie... yes, there are red Border Collies, it's caused by a recessive gene pairing. Rosie is 2 years old and needs a new home because her owner passed away. Rosie LOVES water.. you can watch her play with the sprinkler in her video. She is a very loving girl and gets along with most dogs and loves people. Rosie is working on learning a few commands.
