My story

What a cutey patootie! Penny is one of those gentle, happy, and friendly girls who sometimes finds new experiences in life just a little too much. She’d much rather spend time at home or on walks with her person, or with other friendly dogs. Penny is currently in foster with 2 older labs and is loving life! She loves water and swimming. If you’re looking for a new dog to complete your family then she might just be the girl for you!

Penny was in our Penitentiary Pups training program in the Utah Department of Corrections but found the prison a little overwhelming. She will make a wonderful friend. She has been clicker trained and is house trained. She knows cues such as sit, down, wait etc and will crate.

Penny is approximately 4 years old, which means you don’t have to put up with all that rambunctious puppy behavior! You can come home from work to a wonderful waggy tail and happy smile. Penny is spayed and current on her vaccinations. She would be happy in a home with other mellow dogs and older children. On adoption, our trainers will be available to provide free training support and one-on-one guidance so your life with Penny runs smoothly.
