My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zada is an 8-year old Plott Hound mix is about 45lbs and is so much fun! Zada enjoys a big yard and she loves to spend her time outside running around. Zada is at a great point in her life in that she has a lot of energy but is also very chilled out and relaxed. She loves to play with her ball, loves going for walks and runs on her leash, and will go swimming whenever you let her. She LOVES people and is very smart.

Zada has an incredible disposition when it comes to adults and older children – with adults she is as kind and gentle as you can imagine. She is extremely well-behaved. She listens well, does not beg for food at the table, walks and runs great on the leash, and is a genuinely wonderful companion and friend. Zada gets along with some dogs, but not all, so a home without other dogs or a mellow male dog that is indifferent towards Zada is probably best for her.

Zada has a lot of life left in her and is looking for a place to spend her golden years! Zada is truly a wonderful addition to any family! Zada does take medication for her medical issues but it isn't expensive at all, and the health issues aren't anything serious either so this shouldn't deter you from asking about her today; older dogs have the wisdom that you wont find anywhere else.
