Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shirley is a 3 year old female Miniature Pinscher and possibly Chihuahua. She came from a breeder in Colorado Springs and her family had to relinquish her this week due to some very difficult circumstances. Shirley doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She's a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly. She loves to sit on your lap, get pats, and cuddle. Her previous owner said that she does very well with kids, other dogs, and cats! We would like to adopt her to a loving home with her best kitty friend, Max, who is a wonderfully sweet gentle boy. The two love to snuggle together and keep each other company.
Once she has been spayed and had a full work-up from the vet she will be ready for foster or adoption. If you are willing to foster Shirley (and Max) or are interested in adoption, please call PAWS at (970) 209-3656.
