Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Flint, he is a very sweet and goofy guy. He is such a good helper (at least he thinks he is) too… he wants to be in the middle of everything you do. He is a social butterfly loves meeting new people and is all tail wags and slobbery kisses. When at home if he is not out playing, you can find him trying to sneak his way onto the couch and into your lap for some quality snuggle time. Flint was surrendered along with his sister after the small child in their home was having asthma attacks. He just turned a year old(DOB: 08/21/15), so still a puppy yet is totally house broken and doesn’t mind his crate a bit. He just completed his first obedience class, and learned quite a bit... but he is young and still needs guidance. When he gets excited he gives the best hugs, which is not showing good manners so were still working that. We are also just starting to learn the rules about walking nice a leash, so that is another area that will need some work. He gets so excited when pulling up to the training building (he loves treats, so training is fun!). He currently lives and plays with his 2 foster siblings a 6 month old male and a 7 year old female Dane; they get pretty rambunctious when they play, but have never had a problem with things getting too rough. I cannot say the same for stuffed toys however, there is no safe place for a stuffed toy with Flint around. He will sniff them out and blow them up in record time! Flint is just a super sweet guy who loves being around his people and his fur bother & sister, he would do best in home where he has a sibling and is not left by himself for extended periods. Due to his energy level and size, we feel he would do better with older kids. A continued training class is also required and a fenced yard as well. He is current on vaccinations, neutered and also microchipped. Applications can be found on our website, www.greatdanerescuealliance.org. He is currently being fostered in NC
