My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PETER'S INFO:

Peter is a gentle-giant. He's a large cat but so sweet and gentle. Peter is now approx. 12 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FELV/FIV, microchipped and litter box trained, He would be good with kids and cats. We have not exposed Peter to dogs so we are not sure if he would like to live with one.

Peter has the sweetest and loudest purr. He lets you know he loves petting and being brushed by purring and purring, He will sit in your lap for a short while and purr. He has a cute white-tipped tail and a gray smudge on his nose. Peter will play but can also be a bit of a couch potato. We think that he enjoys watching his best buddy, Paul, play and be the entertainer! When Peter and Paul were rescued they comfortable one another, but now they can be adopted separately. Patrick was also part of their outdoor family but did not have the same bond with Peter and Paul as the two boys had with one another.

Peter is a diabetic cat and has recently gone into remission. He is very good with being tested and now no longer requires the daily testing and insulin.

The story of the 3 P's: Peter, Paul, and Patrick were once indoor cats but became homeless after their Dad passed away and the house was sold. All three boys lived outdoors for a year and a half. Even though they had shelter and were fed we were concerned about their safety and health because NJ's winter's are very cold and bitter and sometimes subzero temperatures.

We hope a special person is somewhere out there to adopt Peter and/or Paul. If you can't adopt one of these very sweet cats, then perhaps you can donate to help with their support? Donations can be sent through PayPal or mailed to CATS, P.O. Box 344, Belvidere, NJ 07823

Please contact Communities Altering The Strays (CATS) 908-453-0082 or go to our web site so that you can fill out an application to learn more about these great cats. If you'd like to email us you can do so at catsincorporated@comcast.net. Updated 2/22/22.
