My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Auggie was very shy and awkward when we took him in from another shelter. At the other shelter he was totally shut down so they placed him with a foster for 3 months but he didn't show much improvement. We have seen wonderful changes in Auggie and he has learned to love to walk out and about on a leash, Come when called. And sit and stay, He will stay with you off leash in fenced in areas and loves to run and play with bigger dogs. He gets a little bullish with smaller dogs. Our trainer can now pet and hold him without him retracting but he prefers to be active and doing beagle things more than anything else. Given time this boy will be worth the effort, Really would be best with experienced handler who wishes to continue his training. He is okay with kids. He is a very young adult and very handsome.
