This little girl showed up here at WarmFuzzy's one cold & wet late afternoon. She is doing much better, the swelling in her feet has gone down & she is eating well. Please note in the first photo the scar marks on her ears. These are from bite marks that have gone clean through the ear. They have healed up nicely. She is getting a bit perky & wanting to play & gets rather bouncey at times. She also likes toast with peanut butter on it, not to crazy over popcorn but likes potatoe chips better.
If you approach her too quickly or raise your voice she will cower down like she is expecting to be hit. So far we've seen no aggression in her, does well with the cats. Jazz gets along with everybody & everything, other dogs, cats, children & adults.
We have taken her outside on a leash, not doing to badly for a dog that has never had a collar and leash on before. Jazz was switched to a halter & does much better with that then a regular collar for walking.
She needs a tall fenced in yard - something we do not have.
Jazz needs a forever home where she will get all the pets & hugs she is craving.
Jazz has tested negative for heartworm & is on monthly preventative medication.
July 10, 2008 Jazz went to be spayed. During surgery it was discovered that her ovaries were enlarged to 3 times their normal size and covered in cysts. These were removed and Jazz is doing wonderful now.
Adoption fee: $175.00
