Initial Bio 8-27-16 Spanky is a spunky little Yorkie guy. He is 5 years old and just 8 pounds. Spanky the spunky fellow is being fostered in Cookeville, TN.





Spanky's adoption fee is $400 and includes all vetting (neuter/spay, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Spanky by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.





Spanky is a 5-year-old male Yorkie. He was surrendered to UYR through no fault of his own. His owners loved him dearly and were devastated to give him up due to personal circumstances beyond their control.




Spanky has been lovingly cared for all his life. He would prefer to have a quiet environment as lots of activity from children makes him nervous and he gets very stressed. He loves to sleep in bed with his owners and only barks when someone is at the door.



Spanky says a home in the country with an older couple would be the absolute best! He loves to play ball and romp around. His long legs are just made for fun. He will sit on your lap if you promise to pet him. He is piddle pad trained and is up to date on all his shots as well as having been neutered. What more can you ask for in a dog?
