My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nikan is a happy 1 year old Bluetick boy waiting in Maryland for his new home after being rescued from the West Virginia floods. He learns quickly and has slipped into the routine of his foster home with ease. His tail is constantly held high and wagging and he has a pep in his step. Nikan enjoys playing fetch and is learning to sit for treats. He loves his walks to the local park and, true to his hound nature, keeps his nose surfing the grass. He is a strong, fit boy and is working on his leash manners. Nikan can be trusted in the house while his foster mom is at work and is house-trained. He has been respectful of the cat in his foster home and has gotten along well with every dog he has met.
