Charlie is a delightful boy who is looking for his perfect home!
He had a home once, but his humans just didn't understand him.
Being a Springer, Charlie needs someone who can provide him with the exercise and excursions that he requires.
Part of Charlie's rehabilitation with us is teaching him to be respectful around other dogs and different people, in which he's doing very well!
This boy needs a loving, yet firm human to continue his newfound understanding of others.
Whoever that special person or family is, will be adding a very special dog into their lives!
