**Precious and Princess are bonded, and will need to be adopted together**
UPDATE
Precious and Princess finally arrived at the foster home in Chicago, IL after a long, long travel from Donghae, Korea! Foster mom told us that the two sisters are doing well despite being in a completely new environment, and that they always stick by each other. Precious and Princess are still looking for their fur-ever family!
Please send us an email at donghaepaws@gmail.com if you would like to adopt this adorable, bonded pair.
Precious and Princess are sisters, and they were abandoned in front of a vet’s office when they were just a few months old. They were rescued and brought to the Donghae City Shelter when the original shelter they were at became a kill shelter and put the two sisters on the list to be euthanized.
Precious and Princess are both little shy at first sight. We believe that with proper training, patience and love, both Precious and Princess will come out of their shells and show their fun and loving personalities.
Precious and Princess are both 3 years old, spayed and up to date on their shots.
Precious and Princess's adoption fee is $300 each.
Prior to rescue, many of our dogs have experienced minimal socialization. As a result, there is often an adjustment period as the dog learns about life as a family pet. We typically do not adopt to homes with children under 8 years old; homes with older children will be considered on an individual basis. Common skills such as house training and leash walking may often take a little extra time. Patience, understanding and a gentle hand are a must. The great news is, most of these dogs come around rather quickly and being a part of their rehabilitation is an extremely rewarding experience.
*Precious and Princess are at a foster in Chicago Area, IL! If you would like to adopt them, please email donghaepaws@gmail.com with a bit of information about yourself (e.g. your experience as a dog owner, your family and/or other pets, etc.) and your phone number. A HDP volunteer will promptly respond to your email. Thank you!
