Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Foxy is ready for her family.
This loving little girl is ready and eager to join some lucky family. With her sweet and gentle personality Foxy will be a great addition. Foxy wants to be friends with everyone she meets. She’s happiest getting lots of attention and being right in the center of things.
One of our favorite things about this little girl is her adorable looks. She has a sweet face with eyes that will melt your heart. Add in those adorable pointy ears and the fluffy tail and this is one precious pup!!
Foxy is a Chihuahua, Terrier mix. She is a small dog of only 14 pounds. At 2 years old Foxy is past the destructive puppy stage but is still very young and active. Foxy is crate trained and before coming to us, was trained to use puppy potty pads in the house. She is adjusting well to going to the bathroom outside now at her new foster home.
To prepare for her adoption, Foxy has been spayed and given all of her age appropriate vaccinations. She is heat worm positive, FCDF will assist her new family in treating this issue. Other than that, Foxy has been given a perfect bill of health by our vet.
We do our best to place our foster pups in the right type of environment to suit their individual needs. With this goal in mind, Foxy’s new home will need to be with people who are committed to playing and spending time with her every day. Foxy would be very unhappy and unsuited to life in an apartment or being alone for long stretches of time. Her new home must have a fenced in yard. Foxy gets along great with other dogs and being extremely social, she needs at least one doggy friend to keep her company.
**** A current vet reference is required. Friends of Cats and Dogs preforms a home visit with the prospective animal so out of state /area adoptions are not possible. ****
