My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Jake. He is about 56 pounds of pure love and affection. Jake is completely housebroken and well mannered. He loves to go on walks and ride in the car. Jake is very gentle. He has no food agression with people. He will take treats from you with a very gentle touch. Good around babies and the elderly, Jake would make a wonderful therapy dog with just a little training. He is timid and was not socialized as a pup, so he does not do well with other dogs. With patience, I know Jake would do fine with other dogs. He is indifferent to cats.  He knows the basic commands, and is very smart. He catches on quickly. Not really an active dog, Jake is happiest just going on walks and lying at your feet. He doesn't know he is a dog and has no interest in playing fetch or tug of war. Just wants to be loved on
