The problem is that her owner recently moved and has no yard or patio for her. She was used to a yard and this is an unwelcome change. Her hearing and vision are both OK and she has some good years left. She needs a home where she can enjoy those years in peace. She is Ok with cats. Smaller dogs are fine with her too.
