Nisa has an unusual story. She was adopted in Turkey by a military family and brought to the US as a puppy. Her young owner is now heading off to college and needs to find a suitable, loving home for her.  She is a sweet, cuddly girl who would sit on your lap all day if allowed. Nisa likes cats and other dogs, uses a doggy door and likes to be in the yard.  She will defend you against raccoons too.  She has lived with other small dogs so she would be a good companion if you already have a pet. She doesnt ride well in cars - it seems to frighten her so she would need to be crated for long rides and would not be a good traveling companion for the motorhome traveler.
