Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
After several veterinarians have looked at Duke and his xrays- the outcome is: Duke has had a broken foot and it has healed fully. But it has healed crooked. Obviously - since no one cared enough to fix it in the first place. The vets have said that a very expensive orthopedic surgery can be done but that it will not make that much of a difference. The surgery will also be very painful for Duke and he has already been through so much! His prognosis for living a normal life is great! He needs to just be a dog. He may have some arthritis down the road that might need attention- but no one can say for sure. Duke will need a special home that is able to handle any needs he may have. He will need to be kept on a strict diet to make sure he stays at an ideal weight. Any extra weight can cause him a lot of problems with his foot. He will be able to play and exercise but will have to be monitored so he does not over do it!
Duke will also need to go to obedience classes because he is still so young and he is a typical playful Boxer. Please email for an application. Thank you for looking!
