My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maddox is a young female lion head rabbit. We can only assume she was dumped by her previous owners. It's clear she was a pet as she loves snuggles and is not skittish. She is very easy to handle and is friendly with all humans, dogs, cats and bunnies alike! She adores Thumper her foster brother lion head and is eating a ton! She is partially litter trained and making great progress- she hasn't had a pee accident since being in rescue.
We are looking for a home that has rabbit experience & potentially another rabbit to help keep Maddox company. Maddox is NOT spayed so cannot be rehired with an intact male rabbit.
Rabbits are a lot of work.
Period
We are going to be very picky about where she is rehomed to to ensure she is never rehomed again.
Rabbits are messy and many people are allergic. She requires a lot of out of crate time and devotion to consistent handling.
We are looking for Maddox to be a "free range" house bunny. Other animals in the house must be proven with small animals. So if your cat is a hunter or your dog has a strong prey drive we will not consider you. Rabbits are also playful, affectionate, intelligent and an absolute joy to have around! Maddox loves her fresh veggies and Timothy hay. She loves to hop around the house and explore!
Maddox has been vetted and treated for an eye infection after spending what was at least 2 weeks outside in the elements! Not bad for a domestic rabbit!

Maddox's adoption fee is $200.00 which includes:
Shavings/Bedding
Litter box
Fresh Food/Hay
Large Bunny Cage
Toys
