My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Benjamin Button "and I was born under unusual circumstances. While everyone else was agin' I was getting younger...all alone.."
Benjamin is a young 3 year old American Bulldog and boy does he have a great personality. Ben is a very happy dog and he does have quite a bit of energy. He thoroughly enjoys running around in the yard, so his new forever home must have a decent sized fully fenced yard. He also gets along with other dogs with proper introduction. Ben would be in all his glory in a home with a young family as he loves kids! A home that has neighbourhood dogs he could play with often would be great for him. Ben has not been assessed with cats at this time.
Ben loves to get attention; lots of pets and brushing are his favorite. He also loves hanging out with his people and really enjoys car rides especially if he gets to ride shotgun! . He does tend to get hot easily during the hot summer months, so short walks and play on hot days are best.
Ben is a bit shy at first but then fantastic with people and children. Ben would do great in a home with a family and children as he just loves them. Ben is working on learning manners and with consistent training he will become the great dog we know he can be. He is coming along with his leash manners and learns quickly. Benjamin needs to continue with his socialization in his new home to ensure he continues to be the great dog he is now.
Ben is fully crate trained, housetrained, up-to-date with vaccines, and is neutered.
