Wesley is a 1 1/2 year old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix available for adoption. He is shy when he first meets new people, but warms up quickly. We found Wesley as a stray, and he was very frightened of everything. We have been working with Wesley on his fear and skittishness. He has come a very long way, and is now ready to find his forever home! He is good with other dogs, and with cats. We have not had an opportunity to have him near children, but he would most likely do well with older, more respectful kids. Wesley enjoys being rubbed on and scratched. A gentle massage helps him build his confidence and relax! He is a fantastic boy with a bright future. Wesley would do best with a family willing to give him time to open up and practice trust in humans. His adoption fee is $160 and includes his vaccines, deworming, fecal exam, heartworm test, registered microchip, and neuter.
