My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! This is Suede. He is a beautiful chocolate min pin (mix we think - maybe Italian Greyhound, but no positive). He was found wandering the streets of South Carlonia. I don't know how long he had been living on the streets, but when he came inside, he was very skinny and has a lot of scars on him. It had to be very scary trying to find clean water, something to eat and someplace dry to sleep. Even after his rough street life, he loves people. He is always in someone's lap or following someone around the house. He just wants to be petted and loved. He has the softest ears and likes to have them rubbed. He's enjoys eating regularly now and having clean water and a soft, dry bed to sleep in at night. He does have scars all over his thin body, but they add lots of character to his beautiful personality.

He's only been off the streets for about 2 weeks, but he's starting to let his guard down and play and wag his nub. He does very well with other dogs, big and little. He is very gentle and has the gentlest kisses. He especially likes to nap nuzzling a human neck. He does well in his crate and is good on a leash. He is doing very well in potty training.

He does not like cats. He is microchipped, neutered and up to date on his vacinations. He does need to gain some weight so you can't see every single bone in his body, but that will come with time and love.
