Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PIPER 5 month old, Pug/Boxer mix.
In the world of dog breeding, mixing for the next big thing is common practice. Pipers litter was purposely mixed and set to sale under the label "designer breed". For one reason, or another, this mix was not a hit and a few of the pups in Pipers litter remained un-adopted. As breeding and for profit animal sales go, once a pup hits a certain age, they are no longer valuable. Piper was dumped at a kill shelter so the breeder would no longer have to feed, or provide shelter for her and their space was opened up to mix up another batch of "the next big thing".
Piper is an awesome dog. She is small of size, playful, sweet, affectionate. She enjoys playing and interacting with other dogs and people, and then will nap on your lap. Piper requests her new home provide plenty of toys to play and love to give.
Email 3dogsrescue@gmail.com to discuss Piper and set up a meeting.
The first step is an online application at www.3dogsrescue.com under the forms tab. An application does not guarantee adoption, but merely alerts the rescue to a serious inquiry for adoption and begins the process. Once in, an adoption coordinator will be in touch.
