Eli is 1.5 years old. He has thrived in his foster home learning new skills daily. Eli is blind. He can see shapes and shadows. He was confined to a small kennel in his previous life. He gets along with the other dogs and is wary of the cats in his foster home. He has some more weight to gain. He is STILL a BIG puppy with puppy energy and excitement.
