My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good with Kids: Older children
Good with other dogs: Yes
Good with cats: Yes
Housetrained: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes
Walks Nicely on a leash: Yes
Knows Basic Commands: Yes
Energy Level: Low-Moderate

Arrival Story: Waggin' Tails rescued me from a shelter and promised me that they will find me a family who will love me and keep me with them always.

Approximate Age/Weight: 13 years / 12 lbs

Personality: I'm an older gent who likes to go for walks and car rides. Check out my video of me at the lake!

I have impeccable house manners and do not need to be crated. My nickname is Kona the Snuggler because I love to cuddle!

When my foster mom leaves the house, I just sit on the sofa and look out the window until she comes home. She tells me all the time that I will make a wonderful companion for someone who will appreciate me every day.

I have three foster doggie sisters who I get along with very well. We don't have a cat, but we went into the pet store and I was fine with the kitties in the play room.

I have taken really good care of myself and I don't need any medication or a special diet.

Forever Home: Sweet Kona is looking for a quiet home where he will get the love he deserves. In return, he will be your adoring and faithful companion who will join you on walks and snuggle next to you as you watch your favorite TV shows. After being displaced at the age of 13, Kona needs to be able to settle back and enjoy the rest of his life.
