My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aloha! My name is Wailua and I’m named after a beautiful waterfall on the island of Kauai! I’m one of two keikis (kids) of the big Kahuna and pretty Hanalei; my brother's name is Waimea. I’m kinda restin’ up at this foster home and enjoying the holidays with them. I just arrived here from the vet's office where they gave me my vaccinations, neutered me (Whoa!), and cleaned my toofers which made them all shiny and white again. I've seen the other Cairn kids here, but they don’t want us together yet because I need to rest up a little more on account of my stitches. I’m kind of afraid of all the changes around me, but fosser mom lets me snuggle with her on the couch when the other kids are nappin’, so I think I’m gonna like it here until I find my forever home. The food here is really yummy, and since I'm a growing boy I’m always hungry! There are also lots of toys to play with here so I think I’ll just let ya know when I decide I’m ready to leave. Mele Kalikimaka e Hau`oli Makahiki Hou! That’s Hawaiian for Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
