Cider is my little Egyptian princess. She has a fine black line around the edge of her pretty dark eyes, just like the Egyptian beauties. She is learning to run and play in the yard with the other dogs that live here. Cider wags her tail and prances her little feet when they are all out together. She still hides in fear most of the time when she sees people, but she has turned her hiding into a game.
Inside the house, she still stays pretty close to her bed, but she will leave it to get up on the couch. She also came up to the gate asking for a treat once, and will get out of her bed and come over to me if she needs something. The other night I was working on the computer and she came and put her head up to me for loves. Then she sat down beside me, telling me it was time to go to bed.
She will put her head up on my chest when she's sitting in my lap and snuggle in with a little sigh. This little girl is just starting to blossom. She's good with other dogs and loves her people. There's a cute little Cairn girl inside her that's getting ready to meet the world.
