My story

Hola! Me llamo José. Tienes un lugar en tu córazon e casa para mi? José has been in our home for a short week but has made himself a lovable member of the family and spiced up our lives - he’’s our little chile pepper! He’s had a smile on his face since the day he came, and his tail wags nonstop, taking his backside with it! The tips of his ears flop over due to poor nutrition in the puppy mill, but we think it makes him just that much cuter and fits his personality - goofy and fun-loving! José craves attention and is always at his foster mom’s feet, waiting for skritches. He sleeps quietly in his crate, walks well on a leash and plays well with his four foster sisters/brother Cairn. His favorite toys are a big vinyl ball he chases out in the yard and anything that squeaks! He does like to play rough, so a high energy family with a big fenced yard is needed to keep this boy entertained and happy. He hasn’t met any children or cats yet, so that update will come later. José has just been neutered, is heartworm negative and is up to date on his vaccinations. We are working on house-training (he’s doing well with a bellyband) and basic commands.
