Hawaii (Joey to his foster Mom) has come a long way since he was sprung from a breeding facility. He is still a very timid little boy but is getting braver every day. Although afraid of strangers, and very leery of new situations, he is very loving and affectionate with his foster Mom. He wants to be loved and petted and doted on, and thrives on this attention. He loves to strut around in the back yard and feel the grass beneath his feet for the first time in his life. Potty training is still a work in progress but we are working on it. He is a smart little boy and once his courage grows, so will his ability to conquer this. My wish for Joey would be to have a home with another dog to help him conquer his fears quicker so he can become the Cairn Prince he was always meant to be. He does much better when it is just foster Mom and her Cairns, than he does with a lot of people around so a nice quiet home would help him blossom. If you are looking for a cuddle bug, a cute little kisser and are willing to help this little boy blossom, please go to our website ....
