My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cartman is a large Cairn - but certainly he’s NOT overweight. He weighs in at 28 lbs - of sweetness. This gentle fellow came into rescue because his family could no longer care for him. His elderly owners had to move to a situation that wouldn’t allow a dog. The younger members of the family tried to keep him, but their resident dog instigated a ruckus and Cartman, being a Cairn, didn’t back down. They realized rescue could find him a better situation so they found Col. Potter. He’s getting along well with the 5 resident dogs in his foster home however; no altercations whatsoever.
All this boy has known is love - and he's quite confused and saddened by this disruption in his life, and it shows in his pictures - but so does his handsome self! He needs a few weeks to adjust, but his happiness will be restored when he finds a permanent loving home.
