My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mango is very ready for her Forever Home. She is a dog with the sweetest soul I have ever had the privilege to meet - and I have met some really nice ones! She has a coal black face and paws and her gray brindle coat is coming in nicely.

Despite living her first five years in a breeding facility, she is delightfully optimistic and joyful. When she arrived in the Pacific Northwest a few weeks ago she darned near did not make the journey - not because of a drama, but because the volunteer who drove her for the second to last leg fell in love and nearly 'dog napped' her. She saw the same affectionate, courageous, optimistic soul that Mango has shown in her foster home, despite the fact that she had lived in a breeding facility, spent a week at the vet to be spayed and had to endure a very long, stressful plane journey.
