Hi I'm Scarlet. I am a little girl of 23 lbs with lots of personality. . I may not be able to hear but I do pay attention to my people. My foster mom takes me outside and I keep looking back to see where she is. I don't go far. I love to play and spend time on the couch . I love kids and passed the kid test with flying colors with an 18 month old silly boy. I do ok in the crate but I don't like the dark much so my mom leaves a night light on for me. If you are looking for a very pretty, small girl with lots of personality here she is!
