My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grab tight to your heart strings, because little guy just may steal them. Leroy is as handsome as they come. He was born around Nov or Dec 2015 and weighs about 5 or 6 lbs. He is a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix. He is very smart, very obedient, delightful, sweet and playful. He is potty pad trained and will need continued housetraining at his new home. Leroy is good with other dogs and would make a great addition to any family.

Prior to adoptions, all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age appropriate), heartworm tested, microchipped and are kept up to date on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

Adoption fees are $300 for dogs up to 8 years of age and $200 for 8+ years.

SOMAD is a private, all volunteer, foster-home based rescue group. Please be patient as we answer your inquiries; we do our best to answer emails within a day, however volume and regular life schedules sometimes delay us.
