Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SPECIAL NEEDS PARTIALLY BLIND
Abby is a 6 year old, fawn Pug,. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, heartworm prevention and microchipped. Abby found her way into Rescue via one of our Volunteers that knew someone that was not properly taking care of Abby so we stepped in to offer Rescue Assistance.
Abby is extremely friendly, bonds very quickly, loves to snuggle, play with squeaky plush toys, follows you wherever you go, and is a joy to have around. She does have dry eye condition so she needs her eye drops which is artificial tears that you can purchase over the counter. She requires atleast 2 to 3 times a day depending on how her eyes look. Because of neglect of her eyes as a result Abby is Partially BLIND. She gets around great hearing your voice and scent. Overall Abby is a Happy Pug and is in need of her forever home and family. Abby is fine with other dogs but because of her condition she does not like to Play with other dogs. She does like to play one on one fetching a stuff toy and tug of war are her favorite games.
If you would like to Adopt Adorable Abby or require additional information please email me direct on luvgermansheps@yahoo.com or submit an online application via our website www.k-9services.net go to Adoption Application page.
An application needs to be completed prior to arranging a meet and greet.
All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.
