My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Up for adoption is Ranger
Ranger is an17 week old lab mix; mom was a purebred lab and dad unknown. He was born March 27th. Should weigh 50-60 lbs, give or take, full grown. Ranger is neutered, current on all vaccines and wormed.
He is extremely playful, and nibbles and chews, so no infants or small children please. He is crate trained and we'd recommend keeping him crated in the beginning with you, unless there is an adult present at all times. He won't be adopted to a family that works long hours or is out of the home for 10 hours or more daily. He'll need attention, training and guidance. He is to always be an indoor pet-no long periods outdoors, unattended, in a kennel or on a tie out. He is to be a loved, indoor member of the family. We also prefer a fenced area for him to play in and do his business in.
Ranger is very smart, rides great in a vehicle, loves playing with his siblings and big big dogs, is pretty much house-broken as long as you get him out a few times after eating. He is currently eating IAMS puppy food. He loves the water and loves kiddie pools so he has the makings of a swimmer !!!
Puppies are a lifetime commitment, and adopters need to be aware of everything that comes with adopting a pup. There will be accidents, chewing and puppy nibbles.Please give any adoption commitment long and serious thoughts. We want all our rescues to have forever homes.
