Ava is a beautiful one-year-old girl whose family is moving overseas and cannot take her. She is very loving with humans and is used to a lot of attention. It may be best for Ava to be an only dog as she does sometimes feel threatened by other dogs. Ava is also great with kids but likely would chase cats. She loves to go for car rides and really enjoys her walks on leash. Can you be this beautiful girl's second chance?

*Ava comes to TOTT from New Yrok, through the referral of her owner. TOTTSHR works with families to help find new homes for their dogs when the families have extenuating circumstances, such as an illness, that prevent them from being able to care for their canine friends. If not enough foster space is currently available to bring a dog into rescue, and if the family is willing to continue caring for the dog until he or she can be placed in a new home, we post the dog on this page to help the family find their friend a new home.
