***Foster to Adopt is an option*** Please meet Fereydoon (aka Dooney), this ever so gentle male poodle mix who has traveled across the oceans in search of a loving forever home. This beautiful 3.5 year old dog is very polite and loving towards people, gets along with other dogs and is working on becoming fully house trained. Fereydoon is an International rescue dog from Iran where he endured some really tough times, yet he seems to love life and is hopeful for a brighter future, hence his name which came after an ancient Persian hero! He enjoys exploring and sniffing around on his outings, and really appreciates attention and petting from his human pack members. Dooney happens to be blind and epileptic. Before you think this is too much, his epilepsy has been addressed with medication (easy and inexpensive) and his blindness is no obstacle. Please do not let his challenges discourage you – Special needs are the way to go! Fereydoon is truly a special dog looking for a special home!
