Meet Lady, One gentle soul in search of a forever loving home. Lady is a female, spayed, about 3 years old, Havanese Schnauzer mix. She is an international rescue from Iran and has crossed the oceans to live a better life. Lady was found pregnant and brought to Vafa Animal Shelter, where a kind volunteer fostered her until her puppies were weaned off. She is currently in Toronto in a foster home. Lady is shy in nature however will warm up after a few minutes. She stays close to her people when out and about and loves to have a routine. Lady is sweet, loving, gentle, calm, and wonderful to be around. This beautiful dog is best suited for a home where her human family members will be home a lot or can take her with them and not leave her alone for too long. Lady is respectful towards cats, doesn’t understand toys yet but she can be taught how to play with them.
