My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi from Texas! My name is Jolene, after a country song by the same name. I'm a good old country girl and I like swimming and playing and snuggling. I have been in the rescue for a while as I was found with a litter of puppies and now that they are raised I am looking to start a life of my own. I get along with all other dogs and I love kids. I give great kisses and am learning to fetch a little. I'm very good on the leash and like everyone I meet (except for CATS!!) I'm about 50 pounds and a nice size for an active family. I have already been crate trained and housetrained. but I really dont need my crate that much as my mom said I am not destructive. I love hanging around outside with my foster family on the patio and listening to "Your cheating heart". And then getting out of this Texas heat and chilling in the A/C. While I am active and like to play and take walks, I am past that hyper puppy stage. If you have been "looking for love in all the wrong places", come look at me. I guarantee I will "stand by my Man"....and kids, and mom! Love and Kisses~Jolene
