My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Clifford's family, consisting of his mother, father and 5 kittens, were living behind an automotive dealership. Four of the kittens were brought in, socialized, and adopted out when small, but there was no sign of Clifford. His mother was killed shortly after the kittens were brought indoors, and then the decision was made to bring his father in (and he has since been adopted).

Thinking that the whole family had been handled, it came as somewhat of a surprise when Clifford appeared this spring! He is obviously related to the others as he is identical to the other kittens. Having spent his entire life outside, he is still learning to trust humans. However, socializing a feral cat is a very rewarding experience and the patience and love that goes into these cats is returned tenfold as the cat begins to trust you. Clifford would make a wonderful companion if you are willing to make the commitment to him that he deserves, or if your cat is lonely and would like a feline companion. Support is always available throughout the socialization process!
