Meet Odie! This little handsome guy was found after a large storm came through Texas, and he was washed onto the back of our property. He was terrified, and wouldn't come close for several weeks before we were able to catch him. At first he was so afraid and just wanted to run away but after a few weeks of living indoors and having the good life, he is MORE than content to stick around now. :)
Odie is a sweet little guy, weighing in at only 12-15 lbs he is the perfect little companion! He LOVES his people, and will happily follow you around anywhere you go. He ALWAYS has a big smile on his face, and is happy to show it off in any way that he can! He really just wants to hang out all day, and he really loves to play too! No matter what toy you throw, he is always willing to chase it down and sometimes he might even bring it back to you! Other times, he just wants a good game of chase! He gets along great with other dogs, though meeting the bigger ones can be a bit scary sometimes, but once everyone has a minute to really get acquainted, he won't hesitate to engage in play! He doesn't seem to mind the kitties, and is happy to share his space with them so feline siblings would be no sweat to this handsome little guy! Odie would make a wonderful family dog because he is gentle, eager to please, and overall just a fun bundle of joy who really enjoys putting on a playful show!
Training will be a breeze, because he is motivated by all three major components of training including food motivation, affection, and toys! No matter what your preference, this little guy is eager to make it all as smooth a transition as possible!
Odie is fully vetted meaning he is up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and currently on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. He is extremely well behaved in the house and is fully crate trained.
