CINDER IS ADOPTED!
WHERE I STARTED: Cinder is so small, 15 lbs maybe. Has the cutest half of a tail. Very attached to the brother who is named Sonny. She absolutely loves attention! Their foster reports Cinder is very well behaved and never made a sound. The little girl will crawl on her belly. Like most shelter dogs (and especially puppies), Cinder will need house training when arriving in their new home. Cinder is crate trained.
MY NEW LOVE RESCUE STORY: Cinder’s adoption turned out to be very special. Her new Mom had adopted another border collie recently, Abi, that was very fearful, shutdown, not playing with her or toys, would hardly go into the back yard, always watching the gate to bolt, and at night time would go into a panic and cry and whine for hours. But when Cinder arrived, Abi’s behavior started to change. Her Mom reported to us later that week that Cinder and Abi played together all evening! Abi was not panicked, pacing or crying and slowly she stopped watching the gate, looking for a chance to leave. We love stories like this, where the rescuing of one animal in need benefits another dog in need.
