Isis is a female about 1 years old with short black hair. Our best guess at her breed is a Labrador retriever/Corgi mix. She looks just like a shrunken lab. All the perfect look of the lab but with short little legs. She is a super lucky girl and was rescued after being hit by a car on Northern Ave/I17. She was grabbing a snack out of the trash can of the El Pollo Loco and eating it on the sidewalk when a bike came out and hit her which of course she got knocked into the busy road. Isis was then hit by an SUV and then a smaller car when the director of the rescue stopped traffic and put her in her car. Isis was fine and other than a little shock and a broken K9 tooth she walked away unharmed. Isis had another surprise for us when less than 2 weeks later she popped out her 7 healthy puppies. Her babies have all found wonderful homes and now its her turn. We think Isis was an outside dog if she had any family at all. She is crafty and had to learn to survive. She acted like she had never been in a home before and was scared to come in like she was going to get into trouble. Now you would never know. Se absolutely loves being inside on the soft beds and couches. She is an attention hog and is always ready to snuggle. She is loving learning to walk on a leash and is confident and going everywhere. She adores children and loves to run around and play with them. She is very smart and always ready to learn something new. She has turned into the best house pet and companion anyone could ask for. She gets along great with all the other animals and would like to maybe have a friend in her new home. She also likes cats. If you think you are the right match for Isis please call Jen #623-210-6578.
